Newsletter Signup

In order to subscribe to the Power Up newsletter, you must first complete the registration form. The process of registration requires you to provide us with your name and email address. This information may be used to contact you about the products and services on our site which you have expressed interest and notify you about new blog posts. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the email communications.

Orders

When you purchase Wendy Cary, LLC services, we request information from you on our order form. In order to carry out a successful purchase and delivery of services or products, you must provide us with contact information (e.g., name and shipping address) and financial information (e.g., credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill orders. If we have trouble processing your order, the information provided may be used to contact you.

Sharing

To best serve your needs, we may partner with other parties, including, but not limited to, Calendly, Kit, Microsoft, Stripe, PayPal, BoldSign, Notion, and Google to provide specific services. We may share the necessary information you have communicated to us in order for these third-party partners to provide the services necessary to meet your needs. Except for purposes of providing the necessary services, these third parties shall not be allowed to use personally identifiable information. We will only share your individual data with the companies that have partnered with us. Individual data will not be communicated to other third parties.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their profile information at any time (usernames cannot be altered). Website administrators can also see and edit a user’s profile information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the individual data we have retained about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any individual data we have retained about you. This does not include data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
